We created the kind of place we had always wanted to stay in ourselves

Generic hotel rooms are fine for one night. But when you want to experience the city more like a local, an apartment makes a difference — with your own kitchen, a comfortable bed and quiet space.

That is how PRIME M44 was created: a place where each apartment feels like a cosy two-level loft. The lounge and kitchen are downstairs, with the bedroom on the upper level. Even on a short trip, it gives you a genuine sense of home.

We removed what guests do not need — reception queues, intrusive service and hidden fees — and kept what matters: beautiful interiors, a fair direct rate and 24/7 support when you need it.
